About the role:

Enova has several different consumer lending brands, each with their own unique offerings and customer requirements. As an Application Support Representative, you will become an expert in one particular brand over the course of our 4 week training program. Once you hit the main contact center floor, you will receive a high volume of inbound phone calls where you connect with potential customers to assist them with their loan application and convert those potential customers into sales. To do this, you must provide excellent customer service and be sales motivated. You will utilize strong communication skills to help customers understand exactly what the product offering is and assist them as they work through the application process. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Effectively handle inbound calls by guiding customers through the loan application process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a clear understanding of the features and benefits of Enova’s products and services
  • Initiate outbound calls to customers who have not completed their loan application
  • Ensure excellent customer service through excellent verbal and written communication
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date information for customer accounts
