What we are looking for…

An Owner Experience Agent that will be responsible for managing key property owner relationships, ensuring owner satisfaction, and swiftly navigating and resolving any challenges associated with those owners. This person will have excellent communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills in order to facilitate collaborative relationships in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do…

  • Develop and grow a relationship with the owners of AvantStay properties by proactively communicating and becoming the subject matter expert of those properties
  • Act as the liaison between the owner and AvantStay’s internal departments
  • Meet and maintain AvantStay standards and metrics related to owner satisfaction
  • Manage a budget for your portfolio adhering to set annual costs, with the ability to perform a cost-benefit analysis
  • Support your team with escalated guest and homeowner concerns by responding to emails, calls and tickets
  • Collect data to measure and track success and optimize processes
  • Partner and assist the Real Estate, Onboarding and Operations teams when new units join the portfolio
  • Establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with fellow regional team members and upper management team
  • Provide cross-coverage for your manager when necessary

What you’ll bring…

  • 2-3 years experience in operations and stakeholder relationship management 
  • 1+ years experience in financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making around financial impact
  • Prior experience in a client-facing role (required)
  • Customer service experience (preferred)
  • Experience in the real estate and/or hospitality industries (preferred)
  • Outstanding negotiation and persuasion skills; passion for and ability to develop and execute negotiation strategies that minimize potential losses and benefit AvantStay’s financial performance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to build relationships and improve and expand upon strategic service offerings
  • Creative thinking skills, with the ability to identify new and innovative opportunities
  • Excellent self-management skills, and the ability to prioritize and deliver work to meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Compensation for this position is $9 per hour.
